First race of the 2010 WSBK season ended with one of the closest finishes in racing. 0.004 seconds was the difference between 1st place winner Leon Haslam and Michel Fabrizio. After Fabrizio was declared the winner, the decision was reversed rightfully by photo finish.

A Ducati Desmosedici RR, with a special livery by Ducati and the Fiera Milano will be presented at the upcoming G8 summit from 8 to 10 July, in L’Aquila, the city at the heart of the earthquake that hit the Abruzzo region earlier this year, suggested by the Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.
Eventually the bike will be auctioned during the Eicma Motorcycle show between November 10th & 15th and the money will be used to reconstruct the Abruzzo region.
